Dear Outings Coordinator:
At Cape Cod Country Club, we've been putting together outings long enough to know that outing coordinators come in two basic forms. One is the person who loves golf, is willing to take on the responsibility and brings a lot of good ideas to the table. The other is the person in the office or on the committee who drew the short straw!
Cape Cod is the place to host your golf outing.
We can accommodate both large and small groups. We've hosted bachelor parties, hockey leagues, corporate groups and family reunions. Bring us an event and watch us work our magic!
We're happy to take the reigns because this is what we do, after all. It's as natural for us as it is if we came to your office or company for what you do best! So relax, enjoy the day and watch your participants enjoy a good time together!

Reservations
Cape Cod Country Club accepts outing reservations any time after the first of January. Reservations are for foursomes (or multiples of 4) only. Carts are required for each player. At the time of the reservation a deposit will be taken and charged to your credit card.
Thirty (30) days prior to the tee time the balance will be charged to your credit card. Reservations for one (1) foursome and two (2) foursomes require payment in advance. Reservations for more than two (2) foursomes require an advanced deposit equal to the rate for two(2) foursomes.
Deposits are due at the time reservations are made. Payment in full shall be guaranteed by a credit card and will be charged to the credit card thirty (30) days prior to the first tee time reserved.
Cancellations
Reservations may be canceled as long as cancellation is received by the club forty-five (45) days prior to the tee time. All such cancellations shall result in an administrative fee of $50. Reservations canceled less than forty-five (45) days prior to the initial tee time shall result in an administrative fee equal to the deposit on the account at the time of cancellation. There shall be no refunds or credits for arrivals, early departures, or cancellations within thirty (30) days from the date of the tee time.
